Laissez Passer

Under emergency situation, Liberia Embassy will issue emergency travel certificates to Liberians without passport, who wishes to travel to Liberia. However, emergency travelling document will be limited in validity and cannot be extended nor be used for return journey to Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. It is for a single journey to Liberia and bearers will be required to exchange their limited validity Laissez Passer for full-validity photo passports upon completion of their emergency travel, through the passport office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Liberia.
